The Yes You Can! program is the most powerful way to sell

Since everyone has a unique experience, we assign a
counselor to you - a licensed Realtor who is specially trained to coach
you. You have the right to infinite consultation with your
counselor. Your counselor will take you through the six steps of
selling on your own.
First, we show you how to get your family, and your home, ready
to sell. We prepare a market analysis to help you price your home. We
help you with your state and federal disclosure documents, and zoning,
tax and other legal and regulatory matters.
Then, based on your goals, your timetable and budget, and your home, we prepare a
personalized marketing plan for you. We provide your signs, flyer copy,
newspaper ad copy, Internet listing, open house book and other
marketing tools. We will also place your home on the MLS, although most of our clients choose not to, because of
the 3% commission.
Usually, you'll conduct weekend open houses (last year, the
average was only six or seven weekends). We coach you throughout this period,
based on your marketing results. And when you follow our program, there's no
"selling" involved - your home will simply
sell itself.
When you find a buyer, we'll review their loan qualifications.
If they appear qualified, we prepare the earnest money agreement and
set up the closing. Then we help you through any further negotiations
resulting from the inspection or appraisal. Finally, we review all your

The Write It
Up! program is for our clients who already have a
buyer.* We provide all the help you need, for as long as it takes to close your transaction.
We assign a
counselor to you - a licensed Realtor who is specially trained to coach
you through the process. You have the right to infinite consultation
with your counselor.
We start by
reviewing the buyer's loan qualifications. If they appear qualified, we
prepare the earnest money agreement and set up the closing. Then we
help you through any further negotiations resulting from the inspection
or appraisal. Finally, we review your closing documents and attend the
