First,
we show you how to get your family, and your home, ready to sell. We prepare a
market analysis to help you price your home. We help you with your state and federal

Then, based on your
goals, your timetable and budget, and your
home, we prepare a personalized marketing plan for you. We provide your signs,

tools. We can also place your home on the MLS, although

Usually,
you'll conduct weekend open houses (last year, the average was only three weekends).
We coach you throughout this period, based on your marketing results. And when

When
you find a buyer, we'll review their loan qualifications. If they appear qualified,
we prepare the earnest money agreement and set up the closing. Then we help you
