Kirk Wickersham
Kirk grew up in rural Minnesota and hitchhiked to Alaska at 19 to work construction and attend UAF. He graduated from Yale Law School and received a master's degree from the University of Colorado. He practiced land use, securities and real estate law in Colorado for 13 years and received a national award for land use planning.

In 1982, Kirk returned to Alaska, continuing in real estate law and brokerage and serving as chairman of the Alaska Real Estate Commission.

Kirk developed the Yes You Can! Package and founded FSBO System in 1995. He and a partner founded Attorneys Title (now Alyeska Title) in 2001, and Kirk sold his interest in the title company in 2003

These days Kirk is engaged in FSBO research and business development for the Anchorage office and our new sister office in Phoenix, and working to expand the company into other markets in the Lower 48. He has two successful grown children and in his spare time he enjoys sailing, skiing, kayaking and mountain biking.

In 2007 Kirk was appointed to the University of Alaska Board of Regents by Governor Palin.

Ron Brandeberry
Ron was born in Toledo and raised in North Andover, Massachusetts. He studied photography at Ohio University and communications at the University of Massachusetts. Ron has more than 15 years of management experience. He spent two years in the Anchorage real estate industry before joining FSBO in 1999.

Ron is a Realtor and the broker of FSBO. Since 1999, his FSBO clients have sold more than $80 million in real estate and saved about $4,000,000 in commissions. He's also our computer and web guru, and maintains all the company's client statistics.

Ron is a devoted husband and father, and loves to fish all over Alaska.

Bonnie Welsh
Bonnie was raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, and moved to Alaska with her family in 1976. She graduated from Dimond High and UAA with a degree in natural sciences.

Bonnie worked for First National Bank for 11 years, rising to the position of Assistant Branch Manager.

She began working for FSBO in 1999. She's an associate broker and Realtor, working with her clients on a daily basis to sell and close their homes. Bonnie is also our business manager, handling the business and accounting responsibilities for over 300 transactions a year.

In her spare time, Bonnie is a member of Toastmasters and enjoys motorcycling, fishing, camping and other outdoor activities.

Kerston Welsh
Kerston has lived in Alaska all her life and graduated from South Anchorage High School in 2006. Kerston began working for FSBO in 2005 while attending High School. She is currently attending UAA full time and working on a 4-year business degree. Kerston is now our receptionist.

Kerston loves to travel and recently did a month long trip to Europe. She enjoys learning about other cultures and especially likes language studies. Kerston has been studying French for the past 5 years.
